Amazing is My Superpower

What is autism? Why did this happen? And, how can we live with it? These are the questions I asked myself when my son was diagnosed at age 13 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. With all these unanswered questions and fears, we learned to overcome it all together–as a family, as a team.

Autism affects thousands of people and families every day, and this book is a snapshot of how my family navigated through every challenge. This book is a tool to aid with misunderstood behaviors, social skills, and diets. We also learned how to live and accept life with its quirks, sensory challenges, and uncertainties.
I share with you our story, our journey, in the hopes it will help and answer those unanswered questions and know you are not alone. Autism is not the end of the world; it can be the beginning of something AMAZING!
